The Role
As Technical Manager, you will be the guardian of product excellence—ensuring every garment meets the highest standards of fit, construction, performance, and brand aesthetic. You will lead a team of technologists while collaborating closely with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to deliver flawless collections season after season.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the technical function, managing fit sessions, and driving consistent block development.
- Ensuring all products meet quality, compliance, and performance standards across global markets.
- Partnering with design to translate creative concepts into technically robust, production-ready garments.
- Working with suppliers to optimise construction, solve technical challenges, and ensure right-first-time sampling.

About You
