A globally recognised consumer organisation is seeking to appoint a senior Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leader to contribute to the continued evolution of its global reward framework. This role will require relocation to Germany.
This is a high-impact Group-level role partnering closely with senior HR and business leadership to ensure compensation, benefits and mobility practices remain commercially aligned, competitive and fit for purpose across a complex, international footprint.
The successful individual will operate at strategic level, influencing senior decision-making while strengthening structure, governance and consistency across multiple markets.
- Refinement and alignment of global Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards principles
- Advisory support on executive and senior compensation matters
- Review and strengthening of global mobility and international assignment frameworks
- Partnership with regional HR leaders to drive alignment, transparency and operational discipline
Significant experience in multinational Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leadership is required, along with exposure to executive compensation advisory, strong analytical and commercial capability, and experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments. Fluency in English is required.
