This senior leadership role will oversee strategic growth across retail, wholesale, foodservice, and events channels, playing a central role in shaping the commercial future of the business. The company supplies a portfolio of high-quality food products to major retailers, businesses, and events across the UK, and is now looking for a dynamic leader to drive further expansion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across all commercial channels. Lead, manage, and mentor a growing team of sales account managers and business development professionals. Build and maintain relationships with major retail buyers, distributors, and key partners. Identify new revenue opportunities and drive market penetration through innovation and strong commercial execution. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align growth strategies. Monitor performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market trends to drive decision-making and performance. Candidate Profile: Extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within food, FMCG, or a related consumer goods environment. Proven track record of delivering significant sales growth and managing high-performing teams. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the UK retail and/or B2B food markets. Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Results-oriented, with a hands-on approach to leadership.
