We are partnering with a renowned premium fashion brand to appoint an exceptional Senior Garment Technical Manager to lead their product development, fit, and technical strategy across multiple categories. As Technical Manager, you will be the guardian of product excellence—ensuring every garment meets the highest standards of fit, construction, performance, and brand aesthetic. You will lead a team of technologists while collaborating closely with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to deliver flawless collections season after season.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the technical function, managing fit sessions, and driving consistent block development.
- Ensuring all products meet quality, compliance, and performance standards across global markets.
- Partnering with design to translate creative concepts into technically robust, production-ready garments.
- Working with suppliers to optimise construction, solve technical challenges, and ensure right-first-time sampling.

- Supporting seasonal critical path management to ensure timely development and approval.
About You
