With an ambitious growth plan and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality, value, and innovation to its customers, our client is seeking a Commercial Director to join the senior leadership team and drive the next stage of their journey.

The Role
This is a pivotal appointment for the business. The Commercial Director will take ownership of the commercial strategy across all food categories. The role will encompass buying, category management, supplier relationships, pricing, and promotional strategy, with accountability for delivering sustainable growth and profitability.
You will play a critical role in shaping product ranges, building supplier partnerships, and ensuring that the supermarket concept remains competitive, innovative, and highly relevant to today’s consumer.
