A globally recognised consumer organisation is seeking to appoint a senior Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leader to contribute to the continued evolution of its global reward framework. THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO GERMANY. This is a high-impact Group-level role partnering closely with senior HR and business leadership to ensure compensation, benefits and mobility practices remain commercially aligned, competitive and fit for purpose across a complex, international footprint.

The successful individual will operate at strategic level, influencing senior decision-making while strengthening structure, governance and consistency across multiple markets.

Key Areas of Focus
  • Refinement and alignment of global Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards principles
  • Oversight and enhancement of job architecture, grading frameworks and pay structures
  • Advisory support on executive and senior compensation matters
  • Optimisation of annual reward cycles including benchmarking, merit planning and incentive design
  • Review and strengthening of global mobility and international assignment frameworks
  • Partnership with regional HR leaders to drive alignment, transparency and operational discipline
Profile
  • Significant experience in multinational Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leadership
  • Exposure to executive compensation advisory
  • Strong analytical and commercial capability
  • Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders within matrixed organisations
  • Fluency in English required.
