The Lalique Restaurant is offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as Chef de Partie. A Two Michelin starred gastronomic experience set in the heart of Scotland's oldest working Whisky Distillery, the first of its kind worldwide.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in working in a Michelin/Fine Dining kitchen
  • A huge passion for preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
  • Exceptional and discerning eye for detail
  • An elevated level of diligence
  • The ability to work without close supervision
