We are looking for charismatic mixologists with a passion for gin to join our prestigious Bartender team at Edinburgh Gin Distillery. You will deliver a high-quality bar experience, support visitor-focused activities, and act as a true advocate for our product and brand, ensuring every visitor enjoys an exceptional experience in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high quality bar experience and support other visitor-focused activities.
  • Engage with visitors using bar-tending and mixology expertise, combined with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Act as an advocate for Edinburgh Gin, sharing passion and enthusiasm for the brand.
  • Work collaboratively with the Bar team, demonstrating teamwork and positive work attitude.
  • Maintain flexibility to accommodate regular weekend and evening work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 or over.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven mixology or bar-tending expertise.
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexibly across a seasonal schedule.
