Responsibilities- Lead the High End Collection (HEC) Restage (RS30, RS32, RS38)
- Own the new box design development for RS30/32/38, ensuring artwork delivery is on track for Q3 FY27 dispatch
- Align HEC toolkit requirements (KVs, hero video, media materials) with key markets and oversee delivery
- Coordinate existing stock depletion timelines with key markets throughout the restage process
- Nurture the 62 Gun Salute Limited Editions Platform
- Oversee the development of new limited editions for the 62 Gun Salute platform (NPD)
- Support roll‐out of permanent collection in key markets by conducting an audit on performance and propose action plan
- Lead the Coronation of William NPD
- Align product positioning and strategy for the William edition
- Lead artwork and design sign‐off, ensuring product reaches golden sample and Gate 3 milestones
- Maintain commercial stage‐gate momentum and market alignment throughout the development process
- Manage the marketing budget across the three project workstreams
- Oversee P&L and stage‐gate processes for the NPD pipeline
- Maintain strong alignment with global markets, GTR, and cross‐functional teams throughout the cover period
- Support and develop the Brand Manager, ensuring team continuity and momentum during the cover period
- Internally, you'll work with Brand Managers, Consumer Insights, Commercial teams, and cross‐functional colleagues.
- Externally, your contacts will include creative agencies, production partners, and brand ambassadors.
