We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager who is passionate about luxury brand marketing to lead our Super and Ultra Premium Champagne portfolio. You will lead the end‐to‐end brand strategy and execution for Perrier‐Jouët and G.H. Mumm in the UK, delivering exceptional activation to grow desirability for our brands and deliver continued strong performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Planning: Own the development and delivery of annual brand plans, grounded in consumer, customer and category insight.
- Brand Activation: Lead the creation and execution of standout brand activations, ensuring strong cut‐through in a competitive luxury landscape. Working to adapt global platforms, or defining bespoke activations.
- Agency Management: Oversee PR / Influencer agency relationships, amplifying our activation and driving coverage in the right places.
- Advocacy: Drive Champagne and Perrier Jouet brand advocacy internally and externally, championing our exceptional liquid credentials alongside the unique positioning of our brands, especially the elegance, style and history of Perrier Jouet.
- Channel Marketing: Work closely with our channel marketing teams to craft compelling customer proposals, bringing our brands to life in ways which meet their business needs. Define sub‐channel strategy and focus, notably on Ultra Premium and Prestige outlets (high‐end hotels, Michelin dining etc).
- Commercial Delivery: Balance brand building with commercial acumen, managing channel and customer level decisions with sales teams and other partners to deliver a strong P&L shape.
- Market Intelligence: Continually monitor and adapt to market dynamics, including competitor analysis, category KPIs, customer shifts and consumer trends.
- Allocations/Volumes: Collaborate with global and operations teams to manage the annual allocations process.

Internally: Brand Director & wider Brand Marketing team, Commercial teams across on‐trade and off‐trade, Customer Marketing teams, global Brand Company partners, Perrier‐Jouet Brand Ambassador.
Externally: PR, Influencer and activation agencies, customers.
Your Blend of Talent
- Experienced brand marketer, adept at balancing strategic sharpness with exceptional activation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to work cross‐functionally.
- High level of drive, ownership and accountability with a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset.
- Experience within premium/luxury brands, ideally within wines & spirits or FMCG.
- Experience leading agencies and external partners, driving high standards of execution.
- Confident communicator able to deliver compelling presentations and narratives.
- Experience/understanding of the UK on‐trade landscape, especially in Prestige, is desirable but not essential.
