The Human Resources team believes that blending performance and convivialité is the distinctive way to work together – the unique Pernod Ricard way. HR collaborates with the business and key stakeholders to find high‑calibre people and help them excel. HR develops our talented employees in every corner of the business, equipping them with the right personal, professional and practical skills.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high‑performing team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs, Senior HRBPs) and People Partners, and one Intern who engages with business leaders to consistently address talent needs and organisational challenges.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives, empowering HRBPs and People Partners to enhance the overall employee experience within the organisation.
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals, providing guidance to HRBPs and People Partners in their interactions with business leaders.
- Coaching & Support: Provide coaching and support on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- HR Metrics: Analyse HR metrics to inform decision‑making processes and drive continuous improvement in HR initiatives and programmes.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring HRBPs and Advisors promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with Centres of Excellence to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives and support organisational transformation efforts.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programmes.
Internally, you’ll work with the UK HRD integrated, UK CoE HRD, Heads of HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Head of HRSS. Externally, your contacts will be with industry and function experts, maintaining visibility of sector developments and best practices.
