Your mission is to support the global gins brand architecture and activation team with the delivery and implementation of the gin portfolio’s integrated business plans and initiatives to markets, driving engagement and execution of the brand portfolio in line with group and brand guidelines.
Your key responsibilities:
- Gin Portfolio Product Management: Team guardian and manager of product cloud ensuring latest packaging and specifications are up to date. Responsible for updates and product information on brand websites and market sales sheets. Ensure all product shots are up to date with correct artworks available to markets. Lead and develop bespoke labelling requirements for markets, coordinating with operations and legal teams. Support IP reviews, legal and regulatory checks for each product ensuring all nutritional information is correct and available in required channels and communications.
- Project Management & Support: Management of Tier 4 Brand Architecture and Activation projects. Support team with Tier 3 and above projects e.g. packaging projects – labelling and packaging checks, artworking and product imagery and content. Support regulatory and legal checks (Responsible Marketing Panel RMP).
- Content and Presentation Development: Review and update induction and training materials for market inductions and customer on-boarding. Development of sales sheets for each brand and product ensuring all data is up to date. Ensure all hygiene and evergreen assets are updated with latest product information and compliant to brand and group guidelines. Deliver brand inductions to markets with brand ambassadors. Development and production of sell-in videos for key initiatives, IBP content and brand rights to win.
- Reporting and Analytics: Support team with key analytics for brand projects and brand planning e.g. product performance analysis and market insights.
Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, business or any related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are critical.
- Self-motivated and result oriented, ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You have experience working in a multi-project and multi-team environment.
- Positive mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to adapt.
- You ideally have a first professional experience.
- You are fluent in English.
