We are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our client, a prestigious organisation in Dufftown, at the heart of the Scottish Whisky Trail. Working within their busy on-site gift shop, the successful candidate will greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner, assisting with any queries and processing payments.
Your Time at Work
- Assisting visitors in the store with general queries, using brand knowledge to recommend products and introduce upselling opportunities
- Processing both cash and card payments
- Taking responsibility for the overall housekeeping of the gift shop, ensuring stock is replenished and rotated accordingly
Our Perfect Worker
This is an ongoing temporary role, working between 9am and 6pm. Being a 7-day operation, hours will include weekend working and flexibility is required. Experience within a customer service focused role is desirable but training will be given.
