The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
The Brand Home Guide supports the Brand Home team to ensure that guests have the best experience possible while visiting the Jura Distillery. This includes hosting daily tours and tastings, serving customers in the shop as well as assisting in the running of the Jura Lodge.
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring the best levels of service at all times.
- Ensure all customers receive the best possible service every time they visit the Brand Home.
- Set up and break down tastings, clean glassware and clear up after guests.
- Lead enjoyable & authentic guided tours of the distillery delivering the key messages across brand, process, history and products.
- Demonstrate a pride and passion for Jura Distillery & Jura Whisky.
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
- Some retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous experience of working with the public is preferred.
- Previous experience of cleaning is desirable, including the use of chemicals and using cleaning machinery safely.
- Ability to impart knowledge and entertain visitors whilst delivering an authentic tour experience are essential.
- Passionate about customer service.
