The Supply Chain Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in significantly enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain and operational processes.

This position is responsible for the comprehensive collection, rigorous analysis, and insightful interpretation of complex operational data to proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative, data-driven solutions.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Drive comprehensive analytical visibility across the entire supply chain, transforming complex operational data into clear, actionable insights that effectively support and expedite strategic decision-making.
  • Design, build, and continuously develop intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that empower stakeholders.
  • Integrate and consolidate disparate data from multiple sources to construct reliable, standardized data models, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting and analysis across the organization.
  • Deliver high-impact insight reporting meticulously aligned with key operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strategic business priorities.
  • Partner closely with supply chain and operations teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities where data and advanced analytics can significantly enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear analytical solutions and actionable insights, effectively uncovering underlying trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques and predictive modelling to support accurate forecasting, optimize capacity planning, and inform comprehensive operational strategy.
  • Champion robust data governance principles through rigorous validation, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of data quality and reliability.
  • Develop and implement data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare and compile all necessary data and reports for inclusion in the monthly meetings.
  • Conduct thorough budget analysis and meticulously monitor monthly operational performance against established targets.
  • Technical Skills Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a data analyst or insight-driven role.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in leading data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Extensive experience working with diverse enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Highly advanced analytical skills, coupled with significant experience in modelling and extracting insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of key supply chain functions.
  • Expertise in navigating and constructing sophisticated data models.
