As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes and markets two of Scotland’s most acclaimed single malt whiskies. Glenmorangie is famed as the leading Highland single malt, renowned for its smooth, complex, and accessible taste, its mastery of wood in cask maturation, and its industry leading whisky innovation. Ardbeg is the ultimate Islay whisky and the smokiest of all Scotland’s Single Malts – and is also famed for its unorthodox, envied, and untamed brand.
The Global Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for the profitable growth of brands by enhancing their long-term value, desirability, and profitability, while ensuring a competitive market advantage. This involves developing and implementing global brand equity programs to strengthen brand positioning and value for consumers, collaborating with key markets for effective execution of brand plans, and taking ownership of projects to drive stakeholder engagement. Furthermore, the role requires the individual to embody best team behaviors and exemplify company values.
Job Responsibilities
Brand & Projects Management

  • Support the brand strategy and ensure its relevance for global market environment.
  • Identify new sources of growth and target new consumers with the most relevant strategy to develop the brand worldwide.
  • Develop and deliver compelling and actionable global brand programmes, aligned to brand positioning to build brand desirability and velocity.
  • Lead product and packaging development programmes, working cross functionally within the Maison and with Markets from concept development through to launch execution.
  • Manage the allocated budget and resources with agility.
  • Be a dynamic and passionate ambassador of the Brand always seeking to strengthen Ardbeg ’s reputation both internally and externally.
Brand & Business Development
  • Build leadership skills to the entire organisation (Maison and markets) by providing clear directions and guidelines on the development and execution of brand related activities.
  • Support local marketing teams and internal Maison departments on brand activities whilst ensuring coherence to the global brand strategy/positioning and quality standard.
Cross Functional management
  • Contribute to company or Moet Hennessy transversal projects.
  • Inspire and collaborate with others departments and within Moet Hennessy or in Markets.
Profile
Technical Skills Experience Required: Experience working within FMCG or luxury marketing environment Strong marketing skills: brand strategy, product development, advertising communications development and creative development Experience leading packaging design and product development projects Budget management experience Impactful communicator and presenter Key Competencies: Capacity to deal with ambiguity within a complex environment Strong interpersonal skills, “savvy” within a matrixed organisation Pro-active attitude, action oriented, with a drive for results Innovative and creative Ability to demonstrate innovation and creativity to meet market needs Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Capacity to motivate and excite people Able to manage and deliver different projects at the same time through matrix organisation Experience in developing brand creative content, communications, and social media strategies
