Wellness Educator

We are currently seeking a warm, experience and enthusiastic Wellness Educator, to join our Wellness team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £19.93 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £16.48, plus a qualified estimate of £3.45 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

• You’ll be taking care of guests and members with a bespoke and tailored approach
• Responsible for safely operating all areas of Wellness and sharing best practices with the team, guests and members alike
• Providing a warm, welcoming, and friendly experience throughout our wellness studio
• Creating an inclusive environment, intuitively building an appropriate ambiance to align with the diversity of the environment
• You’ll have the opportunity of contributing to iconic wellness events; continuously elevating the guest and member experience
• Providing support to guests and members with honest information and insight that can make a real difference to their health and wellbeing journey
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person we're looking for:

• You have multidisciplinary wellness experience, having achieved at least two of the following qualifications is essential; Personal Training Level 3, Crossfit coach, Rehab and Performance coach, Sports Nutrition, Sports and Remedial Therapies, Pilates Mat Level 3, Pilates Reformer qualification, Yoga 500 hrs, experienced indoor Cycle instructor, recognised Barre training, First Aid trained
• You’re passionate about wellness in both indoor and outdoor settings, with strong previous experience leading 1-1 and group sessions
• Committed, reliable with a great eye for detail; ensuring the highest standard of guest and member care is delivered with a flexible approach
• You have excellent communication, curiosity and a natural positive attitude; providing bespoke advice based on the guest and members individual goals
• You’re energetic with a talent in designing and implementing tailored exercise programmes that encompass the aspirations of each unique person
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
