We are currently seeking an attentive, passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our Spa team. The on target earning potential for this role is ÂŁ19.03 per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of ÂŁ15.58, plus a qualified estimate of ÂŁ3.45 in gratuities and service charge.

- Performing all professional spa treatments and our full range of treatments offered, including massages, facials and body treatments.
- Providing the highest level of customer service, interacting, building trust and recommending bespoke treatments to our guests at the start and throughout their time with you, providing a warm, professional and efficient guest experience.
- Staying up to date with latest trends and best practices, and be prepared to gain further qualifications in line with business demands and personal development.
- Carrying out Spa duties and general cleaning tasks enhancing guest experience within each therapy room and spa facility.
- Managing, organising and keeping our Spa therapy rooms maintained to the highest of standards and always well stocked, adhering to all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
The kind of person weâre looking for:
- You hold a NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy qualification and ideally, you have already experienced a busy 5* spa environment.
- Immaculate personal presentation through neat grooming, you also maintain a professionally presented working environment at all times.
- Hot Stones and Deep Tissue Massage training would be an advantage for this role, however not essential.
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youâre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand.
- You have a positive âcan doâ attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; youâre well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail.
