Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role

  • Leading by example, you'll deliver exceptional treatments and personalised wellness experiences, ensuring every guest receives intuitive, luxury service that exceeds expectations
  • Supporting our Assistant Spa Manager with the day-to-day operation of the Spa, you'll help lead and inspire the therapy team, ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation and professionalism are consistently achieved
  • You'll carry out a wide range of luxury spa treatments, including massages, facials and body therapies, tailoring recommendations to each guest's individual needs and confidently promoting additional treatments and products
  • Taking ownership of your treatment rooms, you'll ensure they are impeccably clean, beautifully presented and fully stocked at all times, maintaining the exceptional standards our guests expect
  • Working across all areas of the Spa, you'll help ensure our reception, treatment rooms, changing facilities and relaxation spaces are always welcoming, immaculate and ready for our guests to enjoy
  • You'll be a knowledgeable and trusted expert, confidently answering guest enquiries, providing thoughtful advice and creating memorable experiences from arrival through to departure
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the Therapy team, you'll work alongside our Assistant Spa Manager to deliver engaging training sessions, share best practice and coaching to continually enhance their skills and confidence
  • Conducting regular treatment observations and quality audits, you'll help ensure every therapist consistently delivers treatments to our standards, identifying opportunities for development
  • You'll contribute to creating a positive, supportive and motivating team environment where colleagues feel empowered to grow, collaborate and deliver exceptional guest experiences together
  • Reviewing guest feedback and supporting the resolution of any concerns with care and professionalism, you'll proactively identify opportunities to continually improve our guest experience
  • Staying up to date with the latest wellness trends, techniques and industry developments, you'll embrace ongoing learning and professional development to help evolve our Spa offering
  • You'll ensure all treatments and operational practices are delivered in line with health and safety, hygiene and company standards, always maintaining a safe environment for both guests and colleagues
  • Flexible and collaborative in your approach, you'll support the wider Spa team wherever required and undertake any additional responsibilities that contribute to the smooth and successful operation of the department
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person we're looking for

  • You'll hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).

Additional qualifications in Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Train the Trainer are highly desirable

  • With fantastic experience working in a luxury spa environment, you ideally also have supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Passionate about wellness and creating exceptional guest experiences, you take genuine pride in your work and consistently delivering the high standards our guests expect
  • A natural leader and role model, you inspire and develop those around you, creating a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone can thrive
  • Positive, organised and adaptable, you enjoy solving problems, communicating confidently and maintaining exceptional attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment
