We are currently seeking a confident, attentive and professional Spa Host to join our Spa team, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. The on target earning potential for this role is £31,841 per annum, comprising a base annual salary of £26,841, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

- You’ll be the start of our guest journey, providing a friendly and efficient service on arrival, and making their Spa experience one to remember.
- Attending to and handling guest enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, with a commitment to approaching any issues in a positive way.
- You’ll have excellent knowledge of the treatments and facilities on offer in the Spa, helping guests make decisions on the choices available.
- Developing a fantastic knowledge of the activities and services available to our guests across the wider estate.
- Confident in dealing with operational customer feedback and communicating efficiently with the Spa Management team, you’ll also build strong working relationships with other departments in supporting with any enquiries relating to the Spa.
- You’ll help maintain the accuracy of our database, building comprehensive guest profiles; gathering, verifying and recording guest information.
- Building a detailed knowledge of the food and beverage offering in our Wellness Café to enable you to service and assist guests.
- Communicating all reservations to the team, and capturing any specific guest requirements.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
