We are currently seeking a confident, ambitious and knowledgeable Jnr Sommelier to join our Food and Beverage team. The on target earning potential for this role is ÂŁ36,039 per annum - comprising a base salary of ÂŁ26,039, plus a qualified estimate of ÂŁ10,000 in gratuities and service charge.

- Maintaining the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Playing a significant part in making sure both our lunch and dinner operation run without a hitch, and our service is smooth.
- Attending to guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a warm and positive way.
- Keeping a well-stocked, clean and tidy wine store, ensuring our deliveries are correctly checked and stock rotated.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay luxurious in every way.
