We are currently seeking a warm, welcoming and confident Host to join our Spence restaurant team. The on target earning potential for this role is £36,830 per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,830, plus a qualified estimate of £10,000 in gratuities and service charge.

- You’ll be the warm and welcoming face of The Spence, building strong relationships with members and guests alike.
- Greeting, seating and distributing menus to guests with charm and attentiveness.
- You’ll manage the seating chart, waiting list and continuously communicate with your Spence team.
- You’ll take pride in all tasks you complete, being an essential member of the Spence service team ensuring we’re setup for success.
- Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a positive way.
- You’ll maintain the highest standards of service, space preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Playing a significant part in making sure the restaurant operation runs without a hitch, and our service exceeds expectation.
- Have an excellent knowledge of the wider estate and the facilities available to our guests.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
