We are currently seeking an adaptable and resourceful Female Leisure Assistant with fantastic interpersonal skills to join our Health Club team. The on target earning potential for this role is £15.27 per hour, comprising a base hourly rate of £12.77, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

- Maintaining and replenishing our changing areas and gym facilities, playing a key part in ensuring we always achieve the highest possible standards.
- You’ll take pride in keeping our public areas, front and back of house, to the highest level of cleanliness.
- Assisting our Lifeguards in maintaining and running the pool hall areas.
- Attaining a safe working knowledge of all cleaning products and machinery, knowing exactly which to utilise for specific tasks and areas of our operation.
- You’ll attend monthly departmental meetings, proactively contributing your ideas for continued improvement.
- Carrying out safety checks and reporting any maintenance required swiftly and efficiently.
- Building great connections with our members and guests, and strong working relationships with your colleagues across the estate.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
