We are currently seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, and skilled Event Operations Manager to join our team. As Event Operations Manager, you’ll lead from the front in delivering exceptional, large-scale and bespoke events across the estate. From high-profile conferences to luxury private dining experiences, you’ll ensure seamless execution and exceptional standards at every stage, while driving innovation, efficiency, and team performance.
Working at the heart of the operation, you’ll take full ownership of Conference leading, inspiring and developing your team, while collaborating closely with colleagues across the estate to ensure every experience is delivered to perfection.
The on target earning potential for this role is £53,363 per annum – comprising a base salary of £45,063, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge. As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.
