We are currently seeking a conscientious and diligent Public Area Assistant to join our Housekeeping team, looking after our public areas. The on target earning potential for this role is ÂŁ34,702 per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of ÂŁ27,702, plus a qualified estimate of ÂŁ7,000 in gratuities and service charge.

- Consistently delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel, including deep cleaning exercises.
- Taking huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of all the public areas, reception and service areas are always achieved.
- Restocking and replacing items in public areas and bathrooms, making sure our guests have everything they need when visiting or in advance of their stay.
- Servicing bathrooms by washing and emptying bins; cleaning all surfaces and floors; showers, baths, basins, bidets, and toilets to the highest standard.
- Vacuuming bathrooms, bedroom floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris; checking the vacuum cleaner each week; using the correct cleaning materials for each particular task.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
