The predicted salary is between 26039 - 36039 ÂŁ per year.

We are currently seeking a confident, ambitious and knowledgeable Jnr Sommelier to join our Food and Beverage team. The on target earning potential for this role is ÂŁ36,039 per annum, comprising a base salary of ÂŁ26,039, plus a qualified estimate of ÂŁ10,000 in gratuities and service charge.

  • Sharing your genuine passion for Wines and Beverages with our guests, you’ll have the enthusiasm and commitment to keep building upon that knowledge.
  • Advising and presenting each guest on selecting the perfect wine to pair with their chosen meal, always ensuring wines are served at the correct temperature and in the appropriate glassware.
  • Passionately sharing your knowledge with others through a strong coaching style to further improve the skills of your team around you.
  • Taking a keen interest in all aspects of our operation, proactively making suggestions to increase the quality of our service.
  • Proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity, consistently delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for all our guests.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant.
  • Playing a significant part in making sure both our lunch and dinner operation run without a hitch, and our service is smooth.
  • Attending to guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a warm and positive way.
  • Keeping a well-stocked, clean and tidy wine store, ensuring our deliveries are correctly checked and stock rotated.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay luxurious in every way.
