We are currently seeking a thoughtful, confident and motivated Chef de Rang to join our Fine Dining Strathearn Restaurant team. The on-target earning potential for this role is £36,144 per annum – comprising a base salary of £27,844, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

- You’ll be delivering a warm and memorable fine dining experience for all our guests.
- Providing a spectacle of food and beverage services to our guests, from salmon carving to flambe.
- Maintaining the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- You’ll take pride in playing a significant part in ensuring the operation runs without a hitch; our service is smooth and our guests’ expectations are exceeded.
- Attending to all guest queries and enquiries in a way that’s conducive with our values, you’ll be warm and thoughtful in your approach and will look for opportunities to resolve and recover service quickly where necessary.
- Taking a keen interest in the operation and developing suggestions as to ways of increasing the quality of service.
- Proficiently upselling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
