We are currently seeking a creative, passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team. The on target earning potential for this role is £45,056 per annum, comprising a base salary of £38,056, plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge.

- You’ll be crucial to making sure our operation runs without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is slick and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.

- Nurturing and developing the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves.

The kind of person we're looking for:
- Previous experience working as part of a fast-moving, quality driven, culinary team, as either a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or 1st Commis Chef.
- Passion for food is a given; a love for our particular flavours a definite advantage.
- City and Guilds Qualified 706/1 706/2 or an equivalent, although we value attitude and skill over qualification; most importantly, you will want to continue to build experience within a quality driven environment.
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand.
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail.
