We are currently seeking a confident, friendly and creative Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team. The on target earning potential for this role is £36,339 per annum - comprising a base salary of £26,339, plus a qualified estimate of £10,000 in gratuities and service charge.

  • You’ll bring a dynamic, warm and friendly service to our bars; from preparing wines and cocktails to pouring tea and coffee.
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring the service of all drinks is efficient and delivered in a warm manner.
  • Assist guests with sharing your knowledge of classic cocktails, wines and spirits.
  • Meticulously preparing drinks; accurately measuring, following recipes and making sure they’re presented immaculately.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised bar area, including preparing fresh ingredients for service.
  • Bringing your creativity and contribute to the development of new drinks and offerings.
  • You’ll be proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations.

  • Having had experience within a 5* hospitality environment would be ideal, however having a great attitude is essential.
  • Your perspective and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest it’s the first time.
  • An early bird some days and a night owl other, working flexibly during the week and weekends.
  • You want to be the best and work with the best – learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us.
  • High in resilience with the ability to deal with fast-paced environments, you’re a sociable person.
  • Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests.
  • You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you’re well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail.
