We are currently seeking a professional, warm and experienced Waiter to join our team at Glenmor in our cosy cafe, The Tryst. The on target earning potential for this role is £16.56 per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £14.06, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards. The shift pattern for this role is Thursday 5.30pm to 9.30pm and Sunday 11.30am to 10pm.

  • Delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for all of our Tryst guests.
  • Working independently, warmly greeting our guests, taking their food and drinks orders whilst always swiftly and professionally responding to their needs.
  • Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, with a commitment to seeking a positive solution.
  • Working closely with your kitchen colleagues, ensuring hygiene throughout the kitchen is impeccable.
  • Planning and preparing for the forthcoming service and next day, making sure the Tryst is always ready for service.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations.

  • Ideally you have previous waiter and customer service experience, however having a great attitude is also essential.
