We are currently seeking a thoughtful, confident and motivated Waiter to join The Dormy Clubhouse team. The on target earning potential for this role is £34,339 per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,039, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

  • You’ll be delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for all our guests within our Dormy Clubhouse restaurant.
  • Serving food and beverage to our guests will be your main daily focus, across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service.
  • You’ll take pride in all tasks you complete, being an essential member of the Food & Beverage service team always ensuring we’re setup for success.
  • Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to deal with any concern in a positive way.
  • You’ll maintain the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant.
  • Playing a significant part in making sure both the lunch and dinner operation runs without a hitch.
  • You’ll be proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.

  • You have previous waiter and customer service experience, and are looking to further develop your expertise within a casual dining restaurant.
  • Having had experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be ideal, however having a great attitude is essential.

  • A keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation.
