We are currently seeking an attentive, confident and motivated Waiter to join our Room Service team. The on-target earning potential for this role is £34,339 per annum based on a 39-hour contract, comprising a base salary of £26,039, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

- Delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences by serving food and beverages with warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail.
- Coordinating and providing our luxury picnic service, ensuring guests can enjoy outstanding dining experiences throughout the estate and during the wide range of country pursuits available within our Glorious Playground.
- Creating memorable guest arrivals by arranging and presenting room amenities, special touches, and third-party gifts, demonstrating excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Supporting the seamless day-to-day operation of the Room Service department, helping to ensure every order is delivered efficiently and every guest receives outstanding service.
- Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests, consistently delivering a personalised and attentive experience.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to maintain the highest standards of service and contribute to an exceptional guest journey.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way.
