We are currently seeking a welcoming, experienced and team-oriented Supervisor to join our Dormy Clubhouse team. The on target earning potential for this role is £36,631 per annum, comprising a base salary of £28,331, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 gratuities per annum. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operation of The Dormy, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable experiences for guests and members alike.
- Leading, coaching and developing your team, building confidence, product knowledge and service excellence through hands-on support.
- Delivering a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, recognising returning members, Glenmor owners and regular guests to create a personalised experience.
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of menus, beverages and the wider Gleneagles estate, confidently upselling and making tailored recommendations.
- Supporting our consistent achievement of Forbes, LQA and Club 59 standards through strong attention to detail and consistent operational delivery.
- Managing daily operational responsibilities including briefings, staff allocations, rota adjustments, VIP bookings, opening/closing procedures and guest feedback.
- Working collaboratively with Culinary and Host teams to ensure seamless service, effective table planning and delivery of special requests.
- Ensuring compliance with allergen procedures, cost controls and operational standards, while remaining calm and solution-focused in fast-paced environments.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
