We are currently seeking a warm, attentive and confident Retail Sales Assistant to join our Retail team. The on target earning potential for this role is £31,561 per annum - comprising a base salary of £26,561, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 per annum in gratuities and service charge.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating your wide product knowledge and sharing your enthusiasm for our products.
  • Showing your creative flair in our visual merchandising; window and boutique displays.
  • Operating proficiently our POS system and our back-office systems.
  • Keeping an eye on those popular fast sellers, and letting the Retail Manager know when we’ll need to order more.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
