We are currently seeking an adaptable and resourceful Leisure Assistant with fantastic interpersonal skills to join our Health Club team. The on target earning potential for this role is £30,898 per annum, comprising a base annual salary of £25,898, plus an estimated £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and replenishing our changing areas and gym facilities, ensuring we achieve the highest possible standards.
  • Keeping our public areas, front and back of house, to the highest level of cleanliness.
  • Assisting our Lifeguards in maintaining and running the pool hall areas.
  • Attaining a safe working knowledge of all cleaning products and machinery.
  • Attending monthly departmental meetings and contributing ideas for continued improvement.
  • Carrying out safety checks and reporting any maintenance required swiftly and efficiently.
  • Building great connections with our members and guests, and strong working relationships with colleagues across the estate.
  • Interacting with our guests in a warm, professional, and helpful manner.
