We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated and professional Lifeguard to join our wellness team. The on target earning potential for this role is £14.77 per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £12.77, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- You’ll be responsible for the health and safety of all members and guests within our pool settings.
- Enforcing pool policies and regulations, whilst effectively handling any challenging situations which may arise on poolside.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing all pool areas, including daily Plantroom duties and pool tests; promptly reporting any maintenance required.
- You’ll attend monthly training sessions to maintain your Lifeguard Qualification; attaining a safe working knowledge of all cleaning products and machinery.
- Maintaining and replenishing all changing areas and gym facilities to Gleneagles standard.
- You’ll build strong relationships with our members and guests, as well as working professionally with other departments and team members.
- You may also assist with the setup, hosting and smooth running of Lawn Games and Tennis.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.

- You must hold a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
- You’re warm natured and trustworthy with self-motivation and naturally approachable.
