We are currently seeking an ambitious, energetic and inquisitive Junior Bartender to join our Century Bar team. The on target earning potential for this role is £34,339 per annum - comprising a base salary of £26,039, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

  • You’ll gain invaluable hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced bar environment, with growing responsibilities as your skills progress.
  • Supporting our Bars team in the delivery of exceptional service, you’ll polish glassware, restock fridges, prep garnishes and organise ingredients ahead of service, always maintaining clean and supremely organised bar stations.
  • Assisting in setting up stations and ensuring fridges and storage areas are always well‑stocked and replenished throughout service.
  • Ensuring our bar areas are spotless and service‑ready, always following hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Maintaining our back‑of‑bar operations, playing a key role in ensuring a consistently smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Participating in professional training and coaching sessions designed to support you in building your knowledge and your progression to a fully skilled bartender.
  • Building strong working relationships in a supportive team where your contribution is valued, with opportunities to learn from some of the best bartenders in the business every day.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
