We are currently seeking a passionate, conscientious and diligent Housekeeping Attendant to join our Accommodation Services team. The shift patterns for this role are 9am to 3.30pm (Mon to Sat) and 10am to 4.30pm (Sun), working 5 days from 7. The on target earning potential for this role is ÂŁ15.63 per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of ÂŁ13.13, plus a qualified estimate of ÂŁ2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • Consistently delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation throughout the estate, including deep cleaning exercises.
  • Taking huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of your allocated rooms, corridors, service and public areas are always achieved.
  • Restocking and replacing items in guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas, making sure our guests have everything they need, in advance of their arrival or return to their room.
  • Servicing our guest bedrooms and bathrooms by order of floor/section; making beds professionally following our procedures clearly and attentively; cleaning all surfaces and floors; showers, baths, basins, bidets, and toilets, all of this to the highest standard.
  • Vacuuming bathrooms, bedrooms floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris; checking the vacuum cleaner each week; expertly using the correct cleaning materials for each particular task.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.

  • Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a similar role though full training is offered; you’ll also be available to work a flexible schedule.

  • You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
