We are currently seeking a compassionate, diligent and confident Health Club Host to join our Health Club Team. The on target earning potential for this role is £31,841 per annum - comprising a base annual salary of £26,841 per hour, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.

- You’ll be the start of our guest and member journey, providing a friendly and efficient service to every guest upon arrival, and making their Wellness experience one to remember.
- Attending to and handling guest enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, with a commitment to approaching any issues in a positive way.
- You’ll have excellent knowledge of the facilities and services available, helping guests make decisions on the choices available, while also developing the knowledge of the full range of activities across the wider estate.
- Confident in dealing with operational customer feedback and communicating efficiently with The Health Club management team.
- Attend monthly departmental meetings and contribute your input for continued improvement.
- Building great relationships with our guests and members, as well as with your team and other departments.
- You’ll help maintain accuracy of the database and help build useful guest profiles; gathering, verifying and recording guest information to allow us to create magical experiences.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
