The Gleneagles Hotel is seeking an exceptional Head of Coffee to lead the coffee and non-alcoholic beverage programme across The Gleneagles Hotel and Gleneagles Townhouse. You will own the standards, product development and team coaching to deliver a world-class coffee experience.
You will manage equipment care, mentor a growing team of baristas and work closely with F&B leaders to create bespoke experiences for events and VIP guests.
