We’re looking for an outstanding

Head of Coffee to lead the next chapter of our coffee and hot beverage programme across The Gleneagles Hotel and Gleneagles Townhouse.

The on target earning potential for this role is £38,180 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £29,880, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

At Gleneagles, exceptional drinks are every bit as important as exceptional food and service.

From the first coffee of the morning to a beautifully considered alcohol-free serve, we want every detail to feel distinctive, thoughtful and unmistakably Gleneagles.

This is much more than a Head Barista role.

You’ll be our resident authority on coffee, setting the standards, developing the product, nurturing our barista community and ensuring brilliant execution across a diverse collection of restaurants, bars, cafés, events and guest experiences.

You’ll combine genuine craft and technical expertise with the ability to inspire others.

One day you might be coaching a team of baristas, the next developing a new serve with one of our F&B leaders, creating a bespoke coffee experience for an event or VIP guest, or getting hands-on with our equipment to make sure everything is performing exactly as it should.

Above all, you’ll be passionate about making our coffee and non-alcoholic beverage experience amongst the very best in the industry.
