The concierge team is small and mighty and is the face of Glenmor, looking after our guests whilst they arrange their stay with us pre-arrival, right through to their departure. We’re adept at building strong and long-lasting relationships.

As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • You’ll ensure every step of our guests’ stay is smooth and memorable from planning, to arriving with us, all the way through to their departure.
  • Making sure all homes are beautifully set and completely ready for our guests arriving.
  • Advising our guests on the incredible range of activities and services across the estate, upselling as appropriate and making the required bookings and reservations.
  • Supporting the Concierge Manager with a wide range of administrative tasks; managing calls and emails from owners and guests and swiftly dealing with any maintenance & guest requests while in house.
  • You’ll play a key role in the running and execution of our weekly arrivals meeting.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.

  • Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand.
  • You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail.
