We are currently seeking a warm, confident, and professional Fine Dining Waiter to join our Strathearn dinner team. Your working pattern will be 39 hours per week, across 5 days, from 4pm until 1am as part of our Fine Dining Dinner service. The on target earning potential for this role is £34,339 per annum - comprising a base salary of £26,039, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

- Delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for all our guests.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverage choices to our guests will be your main daily focus.
- Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a positive way.
- You’ll maintain the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Playing a significant part in making sure both the Sunday lunch and dinner operation runs without a hitch.

- You’ll be proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity.
