We are currently seeking an adaptable and resourceful Female Leisure Assistant with fantastic interpersonal skills to join our Health Club team. The on target earning potential for this role is ÂŁ15.27 per hour, comprising a base hourly rate of ÂŁ12.77, plus a qualified estimate of ÂŁ2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

  • Maintaining and replenishing our changing areas and gym facilities, playing a key part in ensuring we always achieve the highest possible standards.
  • You’ll take pride in keeping our public areas, front and back of house, to the highest level of cleanliness.
  • Assisting our Lifeguards in maintaining and running the pool hall areas.
  • Attaining a safe working knowledge of all cleaning products and machinery, knowing exactly which to utilise for specific tasks and areas of our operation.
  • You’ll attend monthly departmental meetings, proactively contributing your ideas for continued improvement.
  • Carrying out safety checks and reporting any maintenance required swiftly and efficiently.
  • Building great connections with our members and guests, and strong working relationships with your colleagues across the estate.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
