We are currently seeking an experienced, motivational and supremely professional Duty Manager to join our Wellness team. The on target earning potential for this role is £34,097 per annum - comprising a base salary of £29,097, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • You’ll be the point of contact for our Hotel management team and our guests & members, swiftly and effectively resolving issues as they arise.
  • Opening & closing our Health Club, taking responsibility for Health & Safety, ensuring that all areas are safe, clean, beautifully presented and ready for our members and guests.
  • Expertly checking water quality tests to ensure that our swimming pools are safe for our guests.
  • Supporting and managing the shift, ensuring standards are upheld throughout the day, making every member and guest feel welcome and delighted.
  • Providing training and sharing your expertise with our new team members across the department; pool plant, Host desk, changing rooms, lawn games etc.
  • Performing regular walk rounds of all Club Leisure areas to maintain our high standards; Health Club, Lawn Games, Tennis, Padel, The Den, Little Glen.
  • Engaging with our members and guests, always creating a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Supporting our Host team when the Health Club experiences high footfall, delivering and enhancing our member and guest journey.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
