We are seeking creative, ambitious and highly motivated Commis Chefs to join our Birnam Culinary team. The on target earning potential for this role is £38,655 per annum - comprising a base salary of £33,655, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.

- Making sure our operation runs without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
- You’ll play a key part in ensuring our Pastry kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creative, innovative and inspirational items.
- Bringing delicious, creative and bespoke flavours and creations to our guests’ tables; you’ll become an asset to your team, determined to grab every opportunity and you have a huge appetite to learn from the best in the business.
- Maintaining a can-do and problem-solving attitude with a fantastic eye for detail and precision.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
