We are seeking a creative, resourceful and team-oriented Chef de Partie to join our Staff Restaurant, and play a key part in ensuring all of our 1,300 people are well fed whilst they're at work. The on-target earning potential for this role is ÂŁ18.41 per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of ÂŁ15.91, plus a qualified estimate of ÂŁ2.50 in gratuities and service charge.

The kind of person we're looking for:
- Previous experience working as part of a fast-moving, quality driven Culinary team, as either a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or 1st Commis Chef; ideally, youâve built your experience within the corporate dining sector or in good quality restaurants with tasty home cooked food.
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand.
- You have a positive âcan doâ attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
