Breakfast Waiter, The Strathearn in Auchterarder

We are currently seeking an organised, professional and thoughtful Waiter to join our Strathearn Breakfast team. The on target earning potential for this role is £34,339 per annum - comprising a base salary of £26,039, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

• Delivering a warm and memorable morning experience for all our guests.
• You’ll have excellent knowledge of our breakfast offerings as well as the wider estate and the incredible array of facilities available to our guests.
• Having a key role in the overall breakfast service; presenting orders from the kitchen, ensuring our buffet offerings are replenished and remain plentiful throughout.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout our breakfast experience.
• Playing a significant part in making sure our guests are well looked after and our service consistently runs without a hitch.
• You’ll take a keen interest in the operation and develop your own suggestions as to ways of developing and increasing the quality of our service.
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
