We are currently seeking a warm, confident and driven Breakfast Supervisor to join our Strathearn Breakfast team. The on target earning potential for this role is £39,531 per annum, comprising a base salary of £31,231, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

  • Delivering a warm and memorable breakfast experience for our guests, taking full responsibility for the smooth running of your section and mentoring your team to deliver intuitive, luxury service.
  • Leading morning briefings with the service team to ensure all relevant information is shared for seamless breakfast service.
  • Passionately sharing your knowledge with others through a strong coaching style to further improve the skills of your team.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout the breakfast service.
  • Playing a significant part in ensuring breakfast operation runs smoothly, collaborating with the kitchen and guests.
  • Attending to all guest queries and enquiries in a warm and thoughtful manner, looking for opportunities to resolve and recover service quickly where necessary.
  • Sharing your excellent knowledge of the wider estate and the facilities available to our guests.
  • Collaborating with other key departments of the Hotel, Kitchen, and wider Food & Beverage teams.
  • Taking a keen interest in the operation and developing suggestions to increase quality of service.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and striving to exceed their expectations.
