We are currently seeking a warm, engaging and service-driven Bartender to join our Birnam team. The on target earning potential for this role is £35,787 per annum based on a 39 hour contract – comprising a base salary of £27,487, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

- Be consistently service-oriented, delivering high-standard drinks preparation and bar organisation, always seeking to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Bring a dynamic, warm and friendly service to our Birnam bar; from preparing wines and cocktails to pouring tea and coffee.
- Deliver efficient drink service, providing a professional and memorable experience for all our guests.
- Assist guests with sharing your knowledge of classic cocktails, wines and spirits.
- Be meticulous in preparing drinks; accurately measuring, following recipes and ensuring they are presented immaculately.
- Maintain a clean and well-organised bar area, including preparing fresh ingredients for service.
- Bring creativity and contribute to the development of new drinks and offerings.
- Proficiently upsell and encourage other team members to do the same at every opportunity.
- Interact with guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay luxurious in every way.
